SiteAssist Pro 1.0.7

Since updating to the new 1.0.7 Site Assist Pro and CSS Sculptor 2.0.5, these two extensions will not load due to wacs_wizard.htm Javascript error on Dreamweaver CS 3 on Mac 10.4.11. The others I have like form and CSS menu works perfectly, it's since the new upgrade of the two that's having a problem but when downgraded it works perfectly. Help Please.
I've deleted the mac.dat file and it still does not work.

same problem

I'm having the same problem with both siteassist and sculptor. The newly released versions cause javascript errors on attempt to run them. The error states javascript errors on loading wacs_wizard.htm for sculptor and wasap_wizard for siteassist. I'm using DW CS4 on a PowerMac G5 running Tiger.

After installing the latest build of the extensions, close Extension manager and Dreamweaver and look in this directory:

Mac OSX;
-DWCS3
--Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver 9: Configuration: JSExtensions
-DWCS4
--Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver CS4: en_US: Configuration: JSExtensions

Delete the WACSS_Bundle.bundle file for CSS Sculptor and WASAP_Bundle.bundle file and run the product again. Let me know how that works for you.

Site Assist 1.0.7

Thank you Jimmy. I was able to log in and activated on both CSS Sculptor and Site Assist Pro, the newest version. The questions is, does deleting these files in someway diminish the power of the extensions?

From my testing it does not seem to have an effect, but if you have any issues, be sure to post a new thread or ask about it in here.

Jimmy,

OSX 10.6.1, previously 10.5.8, but same exact issue with both.

Please help, I have submitted a ticket, and sent many e-mails, no response for a few days...

Same issue with Siteassist Pro 1.0.7, and CSS sculptor 3.

Your configuration folder may have become corrupted. You can rename the configuration folder to have Dreamweaver recreate it. Close Dreamweaver and go to:

Mac OSX;
-DW8
--Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Macromedia: Dreamweaver 8
-DWCS3
--Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver 9
-DWCS4
--Hard disk: Users: <Your User Name>: Library: Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver CS4: en_US

(Please note that <Your User Name> Should be replaced with the User name you use to log into your computer)

Rename the configuration folder to configuration_back. This will have the effect of disabling all of the installed extensions. You should open the extension manager and remove all extensions to clear the extension mangers cache. After removing the extensions you can then reinstall them making sure to download the latest versions from your order history.

Followed your instructions exactly. The issue still occurs. Please help!!!!!!

Again, attached is the error code I get from either Siteassist 1.0.7, or Sculptor 3.0.0
