Testing server issues ... HTTP error code 404 File not found. Here are some possible reasons for the problem:

Try manually browsing to the folder and file listed in the error. Check your local directory to see that folder and file exist. I'd need to do screen sharing to debug this problem, since it is an issue with your localhost I couldn't begin to debug it from here. If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information then I could call and look into it with you.

I'd start by trying to browse to that folder manually.
