Is CSS Menu Writer for Real ?

I have spend my $$$ on all versions of CSS Menu Writer just to find my self in constant problems with this EXT for dreamweaver ...

The un-resizable window which is hard to read on Hi-Res monitors plus other deficiencies ... makes me tired and turns me off from this web-assist company which is polluted with cheep advertising rather then good products ...

I have requested my $$$ back so lets see what happen here if they can keep on at least with customer policies ....

... Now SCC Sculptor ( Latest version ) freeze my Dreamweaver ... O' man .... I am discarding this stuff out my Mac ... I am very, very disappointed !

We would love to have more specific information about the problems you are having so we can address and fix them.

I'm not sure what you mean by "un-realizable" and I'm also not sure how Hi-Res monitors coudl cause an issue. Do you have a sample url or screen shot?

We will of course honor our refund policies, but if you would rather have us fix the problem, let us know and we will open a support ticket to investigate and solve the problems you are having.

Just Reply ...

Un-resizable operating window for hi-res monitor is NO since it is difficult to see specifics in changes made to layout ...

Also. Since today we have been not able to use these two application at all in practical life of designing web-page layout because of crushing Dreamweaver with CSS Menu Writer & SCC Sculptor regardless of version ...

Simple layout created in Fireworks which otherwise fly with out any problems is impossible for Menu Writer. Simple Div-tag where menu Writer suppose to imbed its layout will always collapse not crating what it suppose too ... Menu.

Please ask me what you need to know and I will reply.

Thx.

Do you have a sample URL where I can view the problems you are describing?

Have you tried deleting the winfilecache .dat file with Dreamweaver closed? That is often the problem with odd errors.

fly-out is not supported in this version, so I won't be able to help with that particular issue.

A URL where I can view the other problems would be most helpful.

Must be because your serial number got out somehow. I don't know the details, but I'm sure she wouldn't say something if she didn't have some sort of evidence.

Did she give you any details?

I can look into it further if you want... what was the context? Why did she think that? Did she call you or you her? Give me more details and I'll look into it further for you.

I don't think I even understand what this fellow is trying to say.

And I thought ancient texts such as the Torah were semantically difficult.

I think loosely translated it means, "you caught me". :)
