Help Getting Started with WebAssist

I have a website that I created in Photoshop-I want to use the header - the body and footer as a template throughout my website. I purchased CSS Sculptor/SiteAssist Pro/and the Menu extensions. What Extension should I start with? I don't want to use any of the pre-set templates for this website. Can someone help me get started
