This FAQ helps answer some of the most common post sales questions regarding SiteAssist Professional. Each answer appears below its corresponding question.
Can I re-enter SiteAssist Professional to further modify my site?
Yes. After you have created a site using SiteAssist Professional, you can reenter the wizard by selecting the Dreamweaver Modify menu and choosing Modify SiteAssist Professional Site. Once you reenter the SiteAssist Professional wizard, you are able to change the Layout, Design, add/remove pages, and add/remove footer pages.
Do I lose the content on my pages after reentering the wizard?
SiteAssist Professional content pages include an editable region where you can place your content. Content entered into this region will be maintained as you modify your site structure, design or layout. However, if you choose a different page type for a page that you have added content to, this content will be overwritten.
Do the Home page and Content pages use the same template?
The Home page that is generated by SiteAssist Professional is a standalone HTML page. All other pages are generated based on a Dreamweaver template named siteassistpro_template.dwt. This file is stored under the Templates folder of your defined site. Any changes you make to the SiteAssist Professional template will be reflected on all the content pages except the home page.
Can I use Sculptor or Menu Writer designs with SiteAssist Professional?

Are there other layouts or designs I can use with SiteAssist Professional?
WebAssist has launched a template site where you could buy/sell CSS templates at https://sucasa.webassist.com. Many templates include .zip files that can be imported into SiteAssist Professional. In SuCasa, choose Advanced Search, and choose SiteAssist Professional from the Search by product option. This will return all layouts that can be imported into SiteAssist Professional.
Can SiteAssist create a site from my Dreamweaver template (.dwt)?
Yes. You can create SiteAssist Professional layouts from any Dreamweaver template or CSS Sculptor layout. Choose Insert > WebAssist > SiteAssist Professional > Layout Manager. In the Layout Manager, choose New, and select your Dreamweaver template to use for your new layout. Once you have saved your new layout, you can select it as you proceed through the SiteAssist Professional wizard.
