Email body page being completely rejected/blocked by Hotmail/Live.co.uk

We have a contact form on the following web page:
www.ballochodee.com/index-testform.php

When submitted, this directs to:
www.ballochodee.com/thankyou.php

...which has the Universal E-mail behaviour. This behaviour uses the page www.ballochodee.com/emailreceipt.php as the template for the e-mail body.

Hotmail/Live.co.uk is blocking this page, no matter what we do. Not even our server support team at Fasthosts could fix it.
This will be affecting every form that uses this behaviour so I'd imagine it's quite an important issue.

Unfortunately, the client in this instance has asked us to completely pull the form as they use a live.co.uk address for their business and haven't been receiving any form enquiries. In short, it's made us look incompetent and we'll likely lose this client now.

Any idea what could be causing this and how we might fix it?

Most likely you have to add an SPF record to your DNS or configure DKIM.

The DataAssist Beta has an improved email server behavior that allows you to send directly from your authenticated email server just like you would through your phone or desktop client.

I don't understand mail-tester.com Ray. Are we supposed to send an e-mail from our mail box to the temporary e-mail address that's listed on that website? How will that establish what's wrong with a form on our client's website? My apologies for any confusion.

We have an SPF record in the DNS.

Hotmail simply won't accept e-mail from the current WebAssist Universal E-mail behaviour and that's causing us significant issues with clients.

When will DataAssist Beta be ready for production use?

Just add the email address in the email tester as a TO address for the email you are testing.

Then come back to the email tester site and check on it and it will give you a report.

I'm already using the BETA for my production environments and so are many others. Any issues will likely occur in Dreamweaver when they exist and not on the live site once the page is working.

Regarding DataBridge Beta, could you confirm with me again that it's ok to install the latest version of Dreamweaver and still have the MySQLi extension running?

Will I be able to access previous Universal E-mail settings if I install the new DataBridge extension or will I have to update all of my form scripts?

The new Data Bridge will replace your existing MySQLi extension with a newer version.

It will create new form scripts and only overwrite emails that you update and won't interfere with existing ones on other pages.

Are you using an extension manager to install the DataBridge Beta? Thanks Ray.

Yes you can use any of the third party extension managers available.

I've installed Dreamweaver CC 2018 and DMXzone's Extension manager but DWCC2018 does not show in that extension manager!? :S

I'm using Windows. Is there another extension manager you'd recommend.

EDIT: I closed and restarted DMXzone's extension manager and DWCC2018 now displays in there however when I attempt to install the Databridge it says...
"Could not find product at DMXzone.com. Install anyway?"

When I do this, I see a WebAssist option in the menu bar, but there is no MySQLi extension listed. Where do I find the Database, Server and Behaviours panels now?
