Can't connect to the paypal sandbox. All I get is: We're sorry Your transaction could not be completed. Please advise. I have eCart setup for sandbox.

There is an issue with the eCart code in a recent build where it isn't recognizing sandbox that was discovered in a recent forum thread.
I've attached the ecart file you can replace to fix the problem. I should have it updated in the eCart 6 build later today.
Thanks; I'm going to test it and let you know....
It's not working. If I go to the Gateway Credentials the sandbox is unchecked. I don't want to change it in case it overrides your file. I'll wait for that fix later today. Thanks.
I've uploaded the fixed eCart files. Are you using express checkout or direct payment? The file I sent was for express checkout. Direct payment uses the file I'll attach now.
Is Not Working. Please see the live website.
There seems to have been an issue when you ran the checkout wizard. The Paypal Checkout code isn't even on the the confirm.php page where it should be. I think your best bet will be to run the wizard again and replace that page... you can save a backup of the other pages so you don't have to redo the other changes that you made.
I can connect to Paypal when invoking from localhost, not by the website URL. Can you advise me how to post to the database? I'm not posting no matter what I try.
Are you sure you uploaded all of the files from your localhost? The ones on your server wouldn't work from anywhere.
Upload: checkout.php, confirm.php, confirm_cart.php, and pp_confirm.php
If it works on your localhost, maybe you just didn't upload the latest version of the files. The files on your live server would not work on localhost either.
There seems to have been an issue when running the checkout wizard. The store to database code is not on the page correctly. Please try running the wizard again to regenerate the pages.
There seems to be an issue with the paypal sandbox environment right now. They may be working on it.
I'd suggest using a live account for testing for now rather than sandbox. Just do small dollar amount transactions and refund them after you are done testing. Paypal refunds all fees associated with a transaction, so there is no real risk in doing it this way and you can get around the sandbox inconsistencies you are experiencing.
