Errors in CSS Menu Writer Initialization

I am running Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2014 and just updated both Data Bridge and Design extender. However I'm getting issues when updating the menu inside DW for Webassist CSS Menu Writer. It looks like a UI error.

Error Initializing UI:
ReferenceError: WA_localURLtoFilePath is not defined.
This displays in a window.

This shows up in trying to access both website menu and main menu on top of program.

Also the CMS that runs this site I thought when removing the page should as well take care of this but seems the admin cms only removes the cms reference files to this.

Please try deleting your Dreamweaver cache file and let me know if it clears up your error.

I'll have to bookmark that link as it has seemed to fix my issue and thank you for showing me the link so that I can correct it. My main issue I'll have to resolve is the css menu writer shows that I've removed the menu item and within the cms shows I've removed the pages associated but website still shows it so I must be missing an upload somewhere.

Make sure to upload all files in the CSSMenuWriter folder.
