shipping in PS4

I'm having trouble configuring shipping rules in Power Store 4 (I did apply the security fix). I don't want to use an api to connect with a shipper, I just want to configure the kinds of rules I'm used to making with ecart (base rate plus per item rate).

I own ecart. How can I use it within PS4? What page do I need to have open to configure a shipping rate?

An additional question: my client would like to offer the option of no shipping charge to those who will pick the item up from her locally. Can you suggest a way to implement that?

You can set custom shipping rules based on weight in the shipping settings of the power store admin, from the list of shipping providers, select the custom option.

This is not supported functionality of Power store, I would suggest signing up for a premiere ticket where we could work with you on implementing this custom function.
