Powerstore 3 not posting to Authorize.net

I have built a Powerstore 3.0 for a client. All transactions on the site seem to complete, including emails to the client and to the customer. A success page is reached after a transaction and all transactions are showing in the store DB. But Authorize.net does not receive any transactions. I am not in test mode on either the PowerStore site or Authorize.net

Because I see "successful" transactions I do not not get the checkout_failure.php with the "Full Response" code to guide me in any way.

I have also tested using Authorize.net's sim.php using both "https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll" and "https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll" with x_test_request set accordingly to true and false both which record transactions successfully to Authorize.net.

Because I can make my login and transaction key work using sim.php I think the problem is in the Powerstore. Any ideas on how I can get the transactions to land in Authorize.net?

in the power store 3 admin panel, go to Settings -> Site.

make sure that the Test Mode option is not checked, dont confuse this with the Settings -> Payment Information -> Test Mode option.

the Site -> test mode option by passes the payment gateway.

The Payment Information -> Test Mode option sends the request to the gateway using a test request.

Still not arriving at authorize.net

I had already done this, but I went back and double-checked and the Settings>Site>test mode was off, as was the payment setting. I just gave it another try and got the transaction success page and my emailed receipt from the Powerstore but nothing has shown up at authorize.net. Any other ideas?

Oh, and the captcha images aren't showing up in the forum post forms...

Now working properly

I fiddled around with it more by turning test on and off in the site and payment areas and on Authorize.net and finally got the data hitting authorize.net from the Powerstore last evening. So, like smacking a vending machine, I don't know what the problem was or how it was fixed, but I did finally get my bag of chips.

I appreciate your quick response here on the forum and the offer to create a ticket. If it stops working again I'll be back in touch. meanwhile, thanks to Webassist for all the great extensions and products.
