Powerstore 3 not posting to Authorize.net

I have built a Powerstore 3.0 for a client. All transactions on the site seem to complete, including emails to the client and to the customer. A success page is reached after a transaction and all transactions are showing in the store DB. But Authorize.net does not receive any transactions. I am not in test mode on either the PowerStore site or Authorize.net

Because I see "successful" transactions I do not not get the checkout_failure.php with the "Full Response" code to guide me in any way.

I have also tested using Authorize.net's sim.php using both "https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll" and "https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll" with x_test_request set accordingly to true and false both which record transactions successfully to Authorize.net.

Because I can make my login and transaction key work using sim.php I think the problem is in the Powerstore. Any ideas on how I can get the transactions to land in Authorize.net?
