Please help - Attachments in UE 3.0.7

I have built a contact form with an attachment field.

I've set the upload behaviour to upload to quote_attachments, which seems to work fine as when the form is submitted the attachment is stored in the right directory.

However no matter what I try the attachment is not included in the emails I receive.

I've attached the code.

Can you advise?

See the "Sending Email Attachments with Digital File Pro and Universal Email" tutorial in the Archived Documentation section of the Universal Email support page:

if you continue to have a problem, send a copy of the WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_quote_1.php page so I can see how you are configuring the attachments section of Universal Email.
