Redirecting to a thank you page

Redirecting to a thank you page

I am setting up a simple contact form with CSS Form Builder and using Universal Email to to submit the form. I think I have that part down however this time I also want to redirect the user to a thank you page on submit. I know it's possible since the Contact Form Solution Pack has that feature but I can't find any instruction on how to set that up.

Could you direct me to the steps for this?

Thanks

You would use the Universal Email part of your solution to do this.

Assuming you have applied Universal Email to your form, on the form page, in the server behaviors panel, double-click the Universal Email server behavior to open the UE interface.

On the second tab (General) put the name (and path if in a different directory) of your thank you page into the 'Go to page:' field.

Thank you and I did manage to find it myself as I started on that part of the work. And I managed to get it working properly, however that does lead to another question. The previous form that was in use, which I am replacing with this form not only directed the user to a thank you page but sent a confirmation email.

Can I set up a second Universal Email on a page with different instructions so as to send a confirmation email?

You can use Universal Email to apply more than one email server behavior to the page. So to get the confirmation mail sent you can add in another Universal Email server behavior on this page, or you can place it on the thank you page. Either way should get you the desired result.
