This is the error I get when I submit my contact page. I have a quote Request that is working beautifully and am using The Universal Email 3 with the same settings. I have attached 2 pages [design.php & contact.php] I am having problems with

It looks as though it just cannot connect with your mail server. Are you testing these on your live site the same as your working quote request page? Do you have a copy of the working quote request page and the Universal Email files for it? We should be able to look at the working one and compare it to the one that is giving you this error to determine what may be wrong.

Here it is. I sent you everything in the WA_Universal_Email directory

When I compare the Universal Email file for your quote to the contact page I can see only one real difference, it is how the recipients are added. I have update the contact versions page to do it like the quote page is. Give this a try to see if it resolves the error for you, and if it does not we can look into this issue further with you.

Thank you, but I'm not sure how to apply this code to what I have. It is completely different form any of the files.

In your Universal Email folder you should have the original version of the page I posted in my last response, make a backup of this page then replace it with the version that I updated for you. This will set you up to run a test of the page to determine if it will work for you. Let us know what you experience.

After I did what you said. I get this error:

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "smtpmailer.hostek.com" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in D:\home\caraxinc.com\wwwroot\WA_Universal_Email\mail_PHP.php on line 260

I went into the Quote page that works and copied the the top Php lines:

<?php require_once("WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php"); ?>
<?php /*?>?php require_once("WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php"); ?><?php */?>
<?php require_once("WA_Universal_Email/MailFormatting_PHP.php"); ?>
<?php
if ((isset($_POST["submit"]))) {
//WA Universal Email object="mail"
//Send Loop Once Per Entry

//Send Mail All Entries
$RecipientEmail = false;include("WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_template_form_startOver_022310_1500_1.php");
if ("index.php"!="") {
header("Location: index.php");
}
}
?>
________________________________

With this in the Contact page I was able to send the file. When I received the e-mail it had all the Quote stuff in it. How can I redirect it to the Contact stuff? Once I do that I will hopefully be able to move on.

In the file that you have included in this page that is now working the mail server is set to this value:

smtpmailer.hostek.net

In the one that is not working it is set to this:

smtpmailer.hostek.com

I think if you updated it to the .net version it would work for you.
