Trouble placing an order

Yesterday someone tried to place an order with their credit card (not the PayPal method) and got this message:

Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed

The funny thing is I placed 2 orders today using both methods without a problem. Does this seem to be a more specific issue with the person who placed the order or is something else?

That just means that their credit card was declined or their billing address did not match the one on file with the credit card company. Not much you can do about it.

The full response tells you exactly what the problem is...

My customer just said they got a mail from someone who had this problem. We use Authorize.net.

I've been trying to order something myself with my card and it is also going to checkout_failure...

I know I'm not putting in wrong info... and the card's good... so?

I'm perplexed.

I just called and left a message to see if they got any response from Authorize.

Is it talking about the product as "line item one"?

What could be wrong with the other product? The name? It has ´ in it to show an apostrophe... maybe that stopped it?

The product that lady ordered had just a regular name.

The problem, on my end, was the apostrophe, whiched I'd changed because it stopped the PHP, and now have removed it and reworded the product name... and the same product I'd tried before went through!

So, cant have " ' " in the product name.

Category is okay with it if it's in the apostrophe code.
