Junk Mail

Is there any way to keep UE messages from ending up in junk/spam folders?

Since you know the address the email is programatically sent from, you (or your client) could white list that address. Different email clients handle this differently: in Outlook 2007, you select the email and choose Actions > Junk E-Mail > Add Sender to Safe Sender List. Here's a link that lists the steps for bunch of other: whitelist.php?d=1.

Actually, I have it set to use the users email as the sender so I can more easily reply to them. I did notice that when I use my own email as the sender it doesn't go into a junk folder. Maybe it's on a user to user basis which determines what folder the email goes into.

You can use something like this to check how likly your email is to be spam filtered:

spamcheck.php
