Passing Data from Checkout to Database

This is the third request about eCart 4 not passing data from the checkout (confirm.asp) to the database.

I am not getting any error messages. All pages display as they are supposed to. The only issue is the data does not pass to the database.

Platform: Woondows XP Pro
Language: ASP
eCart 4.1.6

I have checked all of the documentation, and have tried everything that the in the documentation to no avail.

You may need a support incident if the answers on this forum aren't helping you.

Make sure that the form that you are using to insert into the database has the form action specified as the page with your store cart summary and store cart details server behaviors applied.

Make sure the triggers are correct. It should work, so something must be wrong, but nothing from your description includes an obvious step where you have made a mistake so it is hard to debug.
