Solution Suite Upgrade

Hi,

I received an email saying I could have discounted upgrade for 'Solution Suite' for $99.00.

As I own all of the featured solutions, I'm not sure I understand the offer; what would be the benefit to me? Are the PowerStore, PowerCMS, PowerGallery, User Registration Solution Pack and Contact Form Solution Pack products integrated in some new way, - I remember there being talk of product integration. Is this it?

My other ID received an email offering the Solution Suite for $249.99, (I own 1 1/2 suites) so I am assuming that the $99.99 offer was targeted, but I'm not understanding why.

I am also still being offered an upgrade from Security Assist 1.1.8 to Security Assist 1.1.8 for $74.99.

Neilo,

If you own all of the solutions individually, there is no advantage in having the suite from an integration standpoint. The Solution Suite is similar to Super Suite in that it is a collection offered at a reduced price.

Are all of your solution purchases listed under one account? If your solutions are spread over more than one account, there is no way for us to account for this and segment properly.

Hi Michael

Thanks for the info.

In the account that prompted the offer of an upgrade - neil(at)yahoodie(.)co(.)uk - I bought the SuperSuite (entire) plus PowerStore and PowerGallery solutions. (In my other - i.e. this - account, I have about 1/2 of the products). I wanted the other rest of the products, and it was cheaper for me at the time to purchase the whole suite rather than the individual items, which I did under the yahoodie address!)

I was confused by the offer of an upgrade , but you have cleared it up.

Cheers.

Discount for "partial owners"?

Hi,

I've purchased 3 out of 5 of these solution packs individually in just the past 3 months or so. Is there any sort of discount deal for people like me who just need to get two more of these?

I think this somewhat gives me a mixed feeling because it's not like I've purchased all these three solutions in a long time span. I bought three of these solution packs within the past three months individually. Are you going to just say "well, too bad you didn't wait long enough for this, it's just the way it is"? I'm not saying my total purchase price for individual purchases should equal to the solution suite, I'm just saying it would be nice if there is some kind of "upgrade" path for those who own 3 or more of these apps.

I don't think there is any specific upgrade path. You can call or email Sales to check if there is any sort of discount they can do.

Hi,

I am just posting this because I too own three (purchases totaling $299.97), and was dismayed by the offer to anyone for $249.99 and "allowing" as how I could upgrade for $99.99. This was particularly surprising given that I just purchased one during WA's "Sale" for $169.99.

I think the timing of the Solution Suite's introductory pricing was a bad call, and has severely tarnished the company's reputation with existing customers, and WA will hopefully make some form of good faith effort to "make it right."

Further, I left a telephone message for sales late Tuesday, have heard nothing back by either e-mail or telephone, and have been unable to reach them since by telephone.

I am about to send an e-mail to sales and would copy you, but without knowing your address, the basics are set out above, though I must add, this makes me want to request a refund for most of the extensions I purchased during the sale, and cease being a customer.

~ This from a customer who suggested a subscription based system (2006-2007), and whose purchases in the last three years total over $1,000.
