menu writer and scluptor and site assist

Hi,

I was able to create an extensive menu with menu writer in addidtion to a Scluptor page including the menu.....
How do you save them so they can be used in Site Assist? (using Dreamweaver cs4) and made to be a template for some of my web site pages.
Thanks,
Ron

We have a tutorial that will show you how to create a SiteAssist Pro template from menu writer and sculptor. Please visit this page:

siteassist/

And Under the How Tos, download the "Use CSS Sculptor and Menu Writer to customize you SiteAssist Pro design (PDF)"

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I believe you need Site Assist Pro. The original Site Assist wasn't designed with Menu Writer and Sculptor because they hadn't been created yet.

You don't mess around. :)

Take the time to learn each tool on practice pages and you'll have a good time.

I think the biggest problem people have is when they try to rush everything trying to meet a deadline. That's not the way to become acquainted with new tools.

Have fun.

Are you getting the error in the Add New Layout Wizard or in the SiteAssist Professional Wizard. If you could also send me a screen shot of the error.

error....

newpagedesign.htm

Hi Dani,

The error is not able to be screen shot.....it closes the program.
In New Layout...modify site assist professional.

I'm trying another way...I have created a layout and menu (link above). Saved in Dreamweaver CS4. it needs some work as to how to make the menu buttons bigger so all the text is viewed and color change so you can view better?

How do I adapt this to Site Assist Professional and make it a template to apply to my existing site? (apply template to page as I was able to do with the older version os site assist)

How to change colors and size of buttons in menu writer?

This sure would help and I would be on my way to recreating my web sites.

Thanks very much,

Ron
