eCart4 without Gateway Issues

I have developed a small store where the owner wants to hand process all of the transactions.

The pages are straightforward, and they all appear as they are supposed to, but the two main items are not happening:

Information is not passing from the confirm page to the database, and,
Email is not being sent.

The cart does not fail, there are no errors, just the two issues above.

Anyone, please help so I can complete this store.

Thanks in advance.

Probably an issue with the trigger used. Use the same trigger as the local checkout for the store cart summary and store cart detals as well as the email.

Work on one thing at a time. Start with either Universal email or Store Cart summary in datagbase server behaviors. Look at thier settings and positions on the page.
