Security Element Group Not Functioning Correctly

Security Element Group Not Functioning Correctly

I added the security element in FB. When I test the form I keep getting the following message "The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again (reCAPTCHA said: incorrect-captcha-sol)".

Also, when I menu back to the form, it erases all of the information I already inserted. I have a lot of fields on the form, and this will be very annoying to my responders.

The instructions on this are not thorough at all. Should I be making changes to the formtoemailpro.php file? When I did this, two reCaptcha tables appeared in my form.

I tried search for this problem, and it seems that a lot of customers are having this problem, but I could not find a definitive answer to my issue.

After I enter the security element to the form
from "edit contents", what else do I need to do to make the security elements function?

Please advise,

Renee

Do you have a link where this page can be seen? I'm not aware of a re-captcha feature in CSS Form Builder, it should just be using the regular captcha.

The form should retain the entered values if the validations fail so that the user does not have to enter them again. To make the form retain the values after the user enters them and goes to the next page you can bind the validated entry for that form element to it's value, this will have it display the value that they entered. There are other ways you can do this with a db or with session values if you have them set for the values the user enters.
