Example of gallery

Example of gallery

I would like to view an example of the gallery or gallery types after they are on a site, even if the site itself is just an example for this purpose. I shouldn't need to go through the whole setup process to see the end result. I would like to be able to take a look at the end product first so I can determine if it would meet my needs. This is true of many WebAssist tools.

If you don't want to keep clicking next on the setup portion of the demo, you can go straight to the samples here:
choosegallery.php

Click on View gallery in a website

For those that want to see how setup works as well:
powergallery-demo.com

It might be a good idea to add and example of a gallery without the (!) lightbox effect, - there are none showing in the demo at the moment. Perhaps the 'Ribbon + Fullsize' might be a good one to include.

The demo site has everything you guys are talking about. Check out choosedesign.php and click the preview link under any design/theme you want to see. Also, the architecture site is an example of an embedded gallery w/o a lightbox effect.

Found the examples...

Aha! I see the examples now. It would be really helpful on your products if one of the main buttons on the right (where you usually have Full Features, Demo, Requirements, etc) it listing Examples. Perhaps you usually do have examples but when they are buried in the details of a full demo, some of us just don't get there. I always look for examples first and then decide if I want to learn more based on those examples.

This looks really nice. Thanks!

Thanks Justin - and apologies. I was looking at the 'choose gallery' page, and 'view in website'. (Also I failed to checkout the architecture website, as it is categorised as Grid + Lightbox (dark) ).

Cheers for the info.

Sorry about the confusion,
Just a few observations for your info:

The galleries on the "view in website" pages aren't necessarily what is chosen in the admin. So that could be why you are seeing some differences. Selecting a gallery type in the admin will influence the code generated on the Add to Site page. Once the gallery is added to your site, changing the gallery design again in the admin won't affect the page you already have your code on.

Cheers Justin. I think I'm a bit low on Omega 3.

Great solution. I just need to take some decent photos now.
