eCart Powerstore insert local checkout error

I am using eCart 4 to change PowerStore's payment gateway. I have followed the information in the "WebAssist Changing PowerStore's payment gateway with eCart" PDF.

When I click to add the new "Local Checkout" under Server Behaviors/eCart/Checkout/Local Checkout, I get a dialog box that states: "No cart objects are available for this site. Please make sure you have defined a site and have at least one cart object available."

What am I missing. The Site has been defined and is even up and working on the hosting server.

Please advise.

This error can occur if you have the wrong page open when trying to apply the local checkout. In your site make sure that you open a page from the power store and also have the eCart object panel open. When you open this page you should see the cart in the available carts list in the eCart object panel. If you have this then you should be able to add in the local checkout server behavior to the page.
