activation error and extension library

sorry i didn't know where to post this thread so you might move it.
I had a laptop where i ran the WA extensions (with CS3), and also i had a desktop which also ran the extensions (also CS3).
I recently had a meltdown on the desktop, so now i have a new machine where i installed DW (CS4) and downloaded my products and need to activate the software. According to what i think i read about the extension library, for which i am a subscriber, i think i have the ok to run on two machines. But now when i need to activate the downloaded mxp's, it says i have too many activations, which is only half true, because i am only running on two machines.
How do i resolve this problem?

When logged into the site in the download center there is a link to reset your current activations on the right, here is a link to the page:

downloadcenter.php

You are ok to have it on both machines, this is why we allow for two activations. However if you have some recorded for one machine and need to manage the activations this is the way to do it. Once you have cleared the activations you will be able to activate the product with your valid serial number.
