Support for UniversalEmail

Do you only get one support ticket when you purchase? I need some help really what are my options?

I just need to figure out why an email is not sending emails. I have one that works and the other nothing.

Can someone contact me to help?? I have watched the videos and I have one working but not the other. Maybe you can see something I am doing wrong simply but I need some help with the software.

There are plenty of people that will help... could you give us some more details about the form not working... such as your platform (is it PHP? CF? ASP?) and then maybe post the code of the one that is not working?

First and foremost, make sure you explicitly upload all the files... remember that with each instance of Universal Email, it creates a new mailer files in the Universal Email Folder... so make sure all of it is uploaded to the server.

Also, with support tickets, there is no limitation, per se... WebAssist is now making the forum the entry point to report problems and issues and if need be, they will create a support ticket if the problem appears specific to one person. But with the forum method, it allows everyone who may be experiencing the same problem to see what has already been reported, what is being done about it, and furthermore, allows them to see the fixes for said problem.

Thanks Brian, that's correct, the Support forum is now the first line of support now. If you post here and there are additional files/private information that is needed to solve the issue, a backend support ticket will be created for you as our support engineers see fit.

We will need some more information or details on how you set up the two. Are you running them on the same server or on different servers? Make sure that they both have mailing capabilities set up if you are running on different servers. If you're not, could you specify what details you put in for the two different email behaviors when setting them up?

I know in some versions of php on windows the email won't send if you include a from or to name. Try leaving the name portion blank and only use the email address in those areas and it may fix the problem.

What do i need to show

Trying this again.

But I have one form working ok.

I set up another one to work in the same directory.
1. pulled up the form page.
2. Set form tag names
3. Opened UVM set up prams
4. Got to DW edit part
5. Copy and pasted form and saved.
6. Uploaded everything.
7. It just does nothing online.

Im going to try this again now and see if it works - dont have much confidence not sure what I am doing wrong here.

JavaScript Errors Now

ERROR:

"While executing GerateDynamicSourceBinding in WA_forms.htm a JavaScript error has occurred."

This happens when I click on anything in form and outside once this message starts. Started when I started eding from UVM edit Form.

Any help please - or support so I can finish
