Thanks Brian, that's correct, the Support forum is now the first line of support now. If you post here and there are additional files/private information that is needed to solve the issue, a backend support ticket will be created for you as our support engineers see fit.

We will need some more information or details on how you set up the two. Are you running them on the same server or on different servers? Make sure that they both have mailing capabilities set up if you are running on different servers. If you're not, could you specify what details you put in for the two different email behaviors when setting them up?
