IMy current version of Powerstore 4.5 is not sending out receipts to my customers or me. Have checked the help files but none of the fixes seem to work.

A customer places an order on my site.
The customer clicks the button to place the order and is taken to Paypal to make the purchase.
The Customer places the order in Paypal.
I am sent a notice from Paypal of the purchase but I do not receive an Order Receipt from the Powerstore

Please post a url to your website in the private area and give me FTP access so I can debug the problem. I'll take a look and let you know what I find.

Can I get access to the files via FTP, or access to your admin control panel? Who do you host with? I can see that emails aren't being delivered, but I'm going to have to work in the code directly to determine why.

I looked into this and found that your TLS version is out of date. Paypal stopped supporting servers with TLS version less than 1.2 in June of last year.

Please contact your hosting provider with the debug page I sent you and they should be able to resolve this for you.
