IMy current version of Powerstore 4.5 is not sending out receipts to my customers or me. Have checked the help files but none of the fixes seem to work.

Can I get access to the files via FTP, or access to your admin control panel? Who do you host with? I can see that emails aren't being delivered, but I'm going to have to work in the code directly to determine why.
