does the new version of dataassist work in php7.1 - I can get login and forgotpassword pages to work if my php setting is 7.0, but if i change it to 7.1 the login page resolves to a page that says error.See attached

Yes. I've used it for 7.1 and 7.2 php installations. It probably has something to do with your php.ini settings for the other version. If you give me FTP access and a URL to reproduce it I can take a look.

The first issue was that the validation was set to entry length validation with a minimum of 5 characters for the SSN field, and your login only has 4 characters. Then the failed redirect didn't have a page name, so that caused the error you saw on the page.

I fixed that issue by updating the server validation server behavior on the login page.

The update user page had a syntax error in the recordset. I fixed that, but it appears it may be a bug in the extension, so I'm looking into that now and I'll try to get a fix out in the next day. For now your pages should be working again.

Is the validation length a problem with DataBridge or did i miss something in the setup? Is there any way to add a password confirm on the userupdate.php? and last will you let me know when the update is ready?

You added character length validation and set it to 5 or more characters, but your password has only 4 characters. That is probably the default minimum length and you can change it in the field settings before running the wizard.

You can add a password confirm to the user update page. Just add a second field for the confirm value and add the Like Entry validation to validate they are identical.

I haven't had a chance to update the Security Assist update user page to fix the issue. It will be included in the next update, so just check the DataBridge page and see the release date and when it changes the issue should be fixed.
