UE form not sending after moving domain to Godaddy.

UE form not sending after moving domain to Godaddy.

We've recently begun using a new Godaddy domain for website testing. The email server still resides at the old domain's email address. I'm using settings provided by Godaddy in the Email Wizard, They sent an email using a form of their own and it sends. But it doesn't work when I send the form from our website. I've included screen shots of the wizard settings. They are using a Linux based server.

The form was sending when the domain was at Site5.

Also, I've included a screen shot of an HTML 500 Error received when using the same form in the new MS Edge Browser. Looked in the forums, but didn't find anything regarding Edge and UE.

You have your FROM settings set to a ValidatedField value. That will only have a value after failed validation.

You should use a known email address from your domain as the FROM address. Then you can use the email address entered as the REPLY-TO address by clicking the "From..." button and setting it there. Use the $_POST value not the ValidatedField value.

If this screen shot is what it's supposed to look like, it's still not sending. Currently, the test domain is different than the company's working email address domain I'm using. Does the FROM address need to be from the same domain as the test domain? Godaddy support says it shouldn't matter because it's going through a relay server, but they've been wrong before.

Your FROM looks like it is still set to a ValidatedField value... did you send a new screen shot? That looks like the old one.

Yes, that looks better. Have you tried leaving the domain blank instead of using the relay-hosting server? I may have to debug this one manually. What page are you working on?

There are two forms using UE; CareerOps.php and ContactUs.php - the CareerOps.php form is shorter.

Just tried sending with settings removed - so far, same result.

Also need a solution on the MS Edge error (posted earlier in this thread), using the same forms. If we need a premium support ticket, no problem. Trying to launch this week and this is the last roadblock.

It looks like you haven't uploaded /webassist/email/waue_FindSalesRep_1.php which is used on the ContactUs.php page.

The CareerOps.php page still has a bad FROM address setting.

I've updated the CareerOps.php page. See if that one works now.

Then try uploading the missing file and see if that corrects your ContactUs issue.

The CareerOps page is sending emails from the FROM, TO addresses and REPLY-TO dynamic address, but not CC and BCC - though not an issue right now.

Uploaded the waue php page per your post for the Contact Us page, and used the same settings from the ContactUs page UE wizard, but this form isn't sending any emails.

Your ContactUs Email server behavior FROM address still isn't set right. It should be a valid email address from your server. You have it set to:

php:
<?php echo((isset($_POST[""]))?$_POST[""]:""); ?>

That won't have a value and emails without a FROM address can't be sent.
