My contact form file attachment stopped emailing file

My contact form stopped working so I created a new one and the file attach does not send in the email. I receive the email fine but no attached file. Can you help me solve this problem? page is here: https://www.pathfindersinc.com/contacttest.php

You have your attachment settings set to the ValidatedField form binding. That isn't the actual file.

The easiest solution is to open the Server behavior for the email on the page and go to the attachment section and choose the "submitted file" radio. That will automatically set the correct values for uploading from a file field on the page.

The Submitted FIle button, when I click on it, it does not change from Enter value radio button to the Submitted File radio button.
I can't select the Submitted File button. Any suggestions? Thanks again for the help!

I just did it and it worked for me. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for you, but I've updated the files and uploaded them so your page should be working now.
