Checkboxes on form don't work, but search still does

Checkboxes on form don't work after converting to Bootstrap classes

I was having difficulty adjusting the WA forms to work in a responsive layout, so I reconfigured some of the WA classes to Bootstrap. This included some of the list tags, but didn't mess with anything I thought would affect the form, such as Names or IDs. Some of the php was also relocated into new rows.

When uploading the page, I also chose to re-upload all the related files. Now, the form's two checkboxes don't return any results, though the search field still works properly. Don't know if the problem is with the classes, tags, php relocation, or if working on the page somehow adjusted one of the WA include files.

It appears to be working properly. The issue probably is that you have a value of "Enter Keyword" in your text field by default, so it actually searches for that if you don't change it. You should be using placeholder="Enter Keyword" instead of value="Enter Keyword". I added the sql statement to the no results message to help you debug what is going on. You can just delete that once you have it all working properly.

The placeholder text was the issue. Thanks.
