Javascript errors trying create MySQLi recordset simple mode

Having had this extension for a considerable time now but not really got round to using it properly, I'm having problems getting it to work. It will add a recordset in advanced mode OK but throws up js issues when switching to simple mode. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension (more than once) to see if that would work but still no good.

While executing onClick in MySQLiServerBeh-PHP-AdvRS.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

(Using DW CS4 on Windows 7 Pro)

Having searched to see where those files all actually are has left me even more confused as to what should be where!

Those files should have been installed with the extension. Have you tried deleting the dreamweaver filecache .dat file?

That appears to have worked, thanks - though leaves me even more confused that I'd deleted the entire Configuration folder not too long ago as I've had quite a few js errors with various WA extensions and still hadn't got it working!
Hoping that's the last of the problems.
