Non-responsive product suites

I've purchased these suites twice and have not yet been able to use them once. I'm trying to use databridge on Dreamweaver CC and, alternatively on Dreamweaver CS6 (both in OS X El Capitan) without success. I removed all of the installations, the .dat files and reinstalled today as I have to finish a forms page, when i click on the web assist panel, none of the drop downs do anything except the "Help" menu item. I keep having to purchase other companies' products and extensions to fill in where this suite of products are suppose to do, each and every area of these major purchases. I wonder, is "Web Assist" REAL? I feel as though your company has ripped me off. If you are real, when will this ever work? I've had a Adobe Connect session with one of your developers and never heard back, that's the only support that I've had an actual human attempt to configure the product on brand-new Macintosh machines.

It sounds like the install didn't finish properly. I can set up another screen sharing session to help you get it installed. Just post your US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll contact you directly.

I'm not sure if you are serious about webassist is being real. There are tens of thousands of forum posts with us working with customers directly and them being successful on our forums... surely you don't think they are all fake? We don't delete any posts, positive or negative (other than spam), so you can literally see every issue we have had for the past 10 years.

I'm honestly not sure why it isn't working on your particular machines. I'll work with you to try to get it installed properly when you post back.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

Actually, I think the issues always coincide with OS X or Adobe updates. I just downgraded my Dreamweaver from CC to CS6 and I'll downgrade the OSX to Yosemite tomorrow to try using CC with Web Assist.

For the time being, IT IS WORKING RIGHT NOW FOR THE FIRST TIME ! I'm SO HAPPY about this. I've removed all config folders, stripped Dreamweaver and followed every item you've had listed in your site and Web Assist is working for the first time since I purchased the entire line.

It has crashed once however I'm on El Capitan and using CS6 so I expect some issues as it is downgraded. I'm excited to use this on Yosemite tomorrow! I'm Finishing up a project I've struggled with for a long while now, I'm able to connect to remote databases with MySQLi and build data assist pages in the wizard, this makes development so much quicker ! YAY !
