Power Gallery Admin section Thumbnails and Manage Photos Thumbnails are not displaying.

I moved the power gallery from my development server to my production server. And now none of the admin thumbnails or manage image thumbnails show up.

Is there a way to restore them? Also, if images were arranged in a specific order or deleted in the development server, how do I make the gallery on the production server display the same information?

I did copy the database too.

Can I get a url and ftp access? It looks like it could be a file permissions problem.

There is no way to automatically sync between local and production servers. You would have to actually sync the images folders periodically through ftp to make sure they had the same content.

Yes. It appears to be a permissions problem. The easiest solution will be to delete the cache folder that is under each gallery folder in the /images directory. I've started to do that and it appears to solve the problem.

By deleting that directory through ftp it causes the system to re-create the folder the next time the gallery is viewed. It is a good idea to clear out those folders periodically anyway. Once they are deleted, they will be recreated with the correct permissions and everything should start functioning properly.
