ecart ajax update webinar

Hi, Ray im on the last part of the webinar for some reason is not seeming to update the cart also i have this error coming up

Your ajax load is trying to get content from the page: ajax_disp.php

but that page doesn't exist on the server: http://yourdomain.com/j2/ajax_disp.php

Ok i sorted that file.
This error is showing up on the products details page. This is looking for the div that we added on the template following the webinar it naturally should update?

it needs to be:

thanks so much for that i cant believe i had a typo sorry about that now its adding to the cart but the price is not incrementing can you direct me for that on what needs to be done?

It could be any number of things... Maybe you don't have the price column bound correctly in the add to cart? I'd have to look at the pages to see.

i have attached my details page and display cart page see if you can spot the problem..

Since you are now adding to the cart from the ajax_disp.php page, you need to pass in the ProductID to that page with the page in the ajax call, and that page needs to have the Recordset filtered by the passed in productID so that it can add it to the cart. I made those fixes and the page is working now.

Please make sure to download the updated versions I put up.

Thanks alot for you help. When i was trying to add the product id everything was dissappearing. I will look into what i was doing wrong thanks again..

Update: Hi, Ray i updated the my files without relising i had to download the original that you had made changes to im so sorry for that do you have the copy of the updated files?

I re-uploaded the ajax_display.php and products_detail.php page that I had worked on.
