Jamie

voucher details

Hey Ray

On that paypal / sagepay site that we were working on a couple of weeks ago, its just gone live.

All seems fine with the transactional side of things if paying by paypal, a successful order adds voucher code used and the value, but not if using sagepay...

Also, how do i ensure that the order email also goes to the site owner?

Thanks

Jamie

You can add the site owner to the BCC field of the Universal Email server behaviors on the pp_confirm and checkout_success pages.

Can I see a copy of the success page? That should be the page it uses with sagepay and I can see if I can spot the issue.

I had added that to the pp_confirm page but not the checkout_success....but I cannot find a ref to universal email on the checkout_success page

Have attached it for that and also for you to see the sagepay 'issue'

thanks Ray

Update line 201 to:
if (($Protx_VSPForm_Bindings['Status'] == "OK")) {

That will allow you to edit the email on the page with the UI.

It looks like you haven't updated the store cart summay in database server behavior to store the voucher code... just update it to match the pp_confirm setting.

thats done it many thanks

the only thing on the order details is that again, when using sagepay, neither the option nor the sku are getting (although it shows on the order email receipt) - it does get stored fine if using paypal.

I have amended the checkout_success store cart summary as you said....

The option and SKU are probably stored in the store cart details server behavior... again update it to match the pp_confirm.
