custom pages SEO

In my custom pages 2 and any other pages that are from a custom menu, i can not add meta tag content such as title, description, etc. It shows placement for the info on the the page source, but no place in the admin panel - tried to find it everywhere in the code and admin pages but can not. Can you point me to the right bit of code to fix this please

You have to add content areas named "meta-title", "meta-description", and "meta-keywords"

Once those are added a "page optimization" link will appear that allows you to edit their values. I've added them for you for the "Custom Menu 2" template for reference.

You have to add the content regions "meta-title" and "meta-description" before they will show... I just added them for you.

Now you need to update the events.php page itself to add a reference to those editable regions in the head where you wan them used.

Thanks Ray. I knew that was what needed to be done, but i could not see anywhere in any of the files that it would make sense to do this. I was in the Webassist/plugins/cms_templates... but still could not see the place where you changes the code.

i have looked everywhere and my stupid ftp program and dreamweaver will not show me which files have most recently been modified on the server. I see that i can now add the SEO. What file did you modify? I still must be looking in the wrong place or just cant read the code

.

It wasn't a change to a page... It was made directly in the admin by going to the template and clicking "add content" and just naming the content regions I added "meta-title" and "meta-description".
