Paypal Manager - Payments advanced setup

Paypal Manager - Payments advanced setup

I ran the Checkout Wizard. During the transaction, all seemed to go well, but when the transaction was approved through PayPal, it seems to get stuck in an endless loop when being redirected back to my checkout_success.php page.

I am not sure how I am supposed to setup my hosted checkout pages in the PayPal Manager. Do I leave the cancel, failure, and success page redirects blank on PayPal? If so, how would I set up another site to use the same PayPal account (I have several sites using the same processor).

The page is gets stuck on is:
webassist/ecart/checkout/ppadvforward.php (just seems to keep requesting, but nothing happens)

Can you give me some help on how to setup PayPal Manager in order for it to work properly on my site?

Thank you!

I'd have to look at the page to see what is going on. If you provide a URL and FTP access in the private area of a reply I can try to debug it for you.

When I go to the site it appears to be using Paypal Express and not Advanced. Is there another url I should use to view the problem?

It looks like the FTP credentials you gave me only has access to the /webassist/ folder, so I can't look at the code where the checkout page is located. I'll need access to that to do more debugging as well.

How can I browse to the checkout page that uses Paypal Advanced? The one I got to seems to be using Express Checkout.

The problem occurs when the sale is complete. It appears to go through the sale process, authorize, and then that page is the one that seems to be stuck in an infinite loop.

I selected PayPal Payments Advanced when running the checkout wizard and provided the proper credentials for Advanced.

Let's set up screen sharing. Your site is half paypal advanced and half express. I need to see what you did when running the wizard and see if maybe you didn't upload some necessary files.

Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and we can look into it further.

Not sure how it could have both. Is there a setting that I am checking that would allow that to happen?
