Can I use eCart without dreamweaver?

I've just moved to an iMac from Windows and don't want to pay Adobe anymore therefore don't have access to Dreamweaver easily. Can I use eCart with other web design tools?

I'm looking using something like Coda, cheaper and not gonna ramp up prices (I hope!)

Unfortunately you couldn't use eCart without dreamweaver because so many of the interfaces depend on the dreamweaver extensibility model. You could still use PowerStore with coda or another editor of your choice.
