Try a different trigger for your store cart summary and store cart details server behaviors. Instead of "current page submit" try using the Submit_order Button Press trigger.

Some servers block the referrer that is used to determine the "current page" for that particular trigger and it might be what is causing the insert to not take place.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

i did. its not working still.

Original checkout page is attached. While using original checkout page (ecart checkout) order seems to store.

When same was used in template it doesn't work.

int he store order summary, you have specified a redirect to the order-placed.php page, this is bypassing the store order details behavior.

edit the store order summary behavior and clear the redirect so the store order details behavior can trigger.
