UE not showing on ecart

my eCart doesn’t show universal email within eCart checkout wizard.

I got both the extensions.
eCart version: 5.0.7
UE version : 4.0.1

Earlier i remember long back i had used it. It was there. but now?

What Gateway Are you selecting?

The Universal Email option to send the recipe will only be available if you are using a Local Checkout method like PayPal Payments pro. If you select to use a Remote Payment method like PayPal Standard, there will not be an option to use Universal Email to send the receipt. With a remote Payment method, you will need to rely on the gateway to send the receipt.

I did these steps:

Accept credit cards & paypal -- > Paypal Website Payment Pro --> then checkbox (i use website payment pro with sign & entered details like id pass n sign) --> shipping --> tax rules-> Orders (default) (attached) --> then checkout design --> last step attached.
