Too Many Redirects

I have one user that gets a 'too many redirects' message when he tries to access the login page created by Security Assist.

Both myself on the same browser (Safari) and another user (on IE 10) can't reproduce the same problem.

The login form is a Plugin in the page, and its the plugin that has the code to restrict access. There is no code duplicated in either the Framework Theme or Template page.

What page does the too many redirects error say it is trying to redirect too?

Could it be that they checked the Auto Login and Remember Me options on the login form but entered a bad login? Have them try clearing cookies in the browser, or try using a different browser.

Its on the login.php page

Screenshot attached.

I will ask them to clear their cookies and try again

I think clearing cookies should fix it.

I am having the same issue. I have switched browsers and cleared cookies, but if I enter a bad password with the log me in automatically box checked I get the same error with the following URL:

https://ltac.org/mainpages/login.php?failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1&failedLogin=1

Is there a way to fix this, or should I just remove the log me in automatically option?

Just update line 97 to:

if(!isset($_GET['failedLogin']) && (((isset($_SESSION["SecurityAssist_Member_ID"]) && $_SESSION["SecurityAssist_Member_ID"] != "")?"LoggedIn":"") == "")&&(((isset($_COOKIE["AutoLoginUN"]))?$_COOKIE["AutoLoginUN"]:"") != "")&&(((isset($_COOKIE["AutoLoginPWD"]))?$_COOKIE["AutoLoginPWD"]:"") != "")){
