Existing SA pages not functioning correctly

I have a site where I have been using SA to restrict access to pages for the last 2 years. Suddenly, all of my "restricted" pages are accessible without loggin in.

Live site address - www.ltac.org

Member pages (that should be restricted to "Logged in to Security_Master" and redirect to a login page if not)
https://ltac.org/memberpages/commissioner-3-5-1.php
https://ltac.org/memberpages/pac-report.php

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

I also need a test login so i can see the problem happening, right now on trying to access those pages without being logged in I am being redirected.

I'm not able to reproduce. after logging in, i go to the log out page, then try to access one of the protected pages and it redirects back to the login page.

Most likely you enabled the Remember My Password and Auto Login options on the login page. Try deleting all cookies in your browser, that should remove the auto login and remember me cookies that are set so it won't auto login any more.
