Paypal question

In ecart, client set up an employee's email to be the receipt email:

Jul 23, 2014 11:07:26 EDT
Transaction ID: 5L3027393M7099924
Hello
You sent a payment of $8.95 USD to xxx. (name@domain.com)

The employee has quit. I have done a forwarding from name to other name, but is this a Paypal setting or an ecart setting? If ecart, where do I find it. I don't see it in database and I haven't spotted it in the ecart set up yet.

Thanks.

Is the email you see this in a plain text email?

or does it have the eCart display in it using eCart formatting?

if is plain text, it is a paypal generated email, thus a paypal setting.

if the email has a cart display using eCart formatting, it is an eCart generated email, look in the webassist/email/ folder for a file named waue_confim_php.php to change the from email address.

Thanks Jason. It is what I see in an email generated from paypal check out. Attaching screen shot from my email receipt.

That screen shot looks like a paypal generated email, so it is not being sent using Universal Email, that would be why you dont see the webassist/email folder.

you will need to change the address that is displayed in the paypal settings.

This was hard to find. In case anyone else ever needs it:

Go to Profile > My business info > Business information
Even on the phone with Paypal, no joy. PITA.
