Paypal question

In ecart, client set up an employee's email to be the receipt email:

Hello
You sent a payment of $8.95 USD to xxx. (name@domain.com)

The employee has quit. I have done a forwarding from name to other name, but is this a Paypal setting or an ecart setting? If ecart, where do I find it. I don't see it in database and I haven't spotted it in the ecart set up yet.
