CSS Menu Writer Doesn't Work Properly in Dreamweaver CC 2014

Hi Guys, I am a little confused. I have been working with CSS menu writer for years with great success. I currently use Dreamweaver CS5 on my Mac for all my web design work. I recently subscribed to Adobe CC but despite installing the latest .ZXP extension I can't edit any of my existing web-site menus and I can't edit any new menus that I have added to test pages I have created within CC. I have uninstalled and re-installed a few times. I want to start using my Dreamweaver CC going forward on new projects, but if I can't properly add and edit menus I am a little leery of using CC (2014).

I could really use some help here and I am interested in anyone else is experiencing the same issue of not being able to edit their CSS Menu Writer Menus with Dreamweaver CC.

Thanks.

The stand alone CSS Menu Writer is not compatible with DW CC 2014, to use Menu Writer in DW CC 2014, you will need to upgrade to Design Extender:

Otherwise, you will need to continue using DW CS5 in order to use Menu Writer.

I already have Design Extender and it has been installed.

**UPDATE** I just removed and re-installed Design Extender from a fresh download and it still have no way to edit menus.

**UPDATE 2** I GOT IT WORKING. Turns out you need to make sure you turn on "Scripts" in your "Invisible Elements" panel within "Preferences". I will chalk this issue up as "User Error".

I hope this can help someone else.

YES IT DID HELP!!! I can't tell you how long I have been trying to bring up the "edit" part of the CSS Menu Writer. After getting a new computer and reinstalling Dreamweaver I could not edit my menus (until I saw your post). Thank you so much. And to think it was such a simple fix

How I WA just needs to add a responsive solution to their menu and I will be happy. I am still working with 960 grid system and the menu works great... but eventually I am going to need to start making responsive solutions. The menu is one thing I feel is holding me back.
