eCart 4 not adding all needed files

I have Dreamweaver 8 installed on a Vista machine. I have eCart 4 --- that I have removed and re-installed 3 times. I am trying to create a simple cart with no calculations, but apparently eCart 4 isn't adding all the support files that I need for it to work. My Add to cart button will add to cart, my Update cart buttons and Remove from cart actions won't work. My shopping cart display doesn't display all the items. I have only 2 pages done so far and can't seem to get them to work.

Another thing that could be the trouble is that I am working through a "shared ssl" so the web address is weird. The page code is attached and the working files can be viewed at:

Need help on this asap! Thanks for any light you can shed on the problem.

Unable to find databindings.htm ...

When I view the page you linked to I can seen list of selections, selecting one and clicking on the button next to it seems to reload the page but I do not see anything further. Please describe what steps one would take to see the problem with the cart on the site.

Also, when are you getting this error you posted and what are you going when it occurs?
