I paid 800 usd for supersuite. I request a refund but it was not acceptted. My supersuite doesn't work on dreamweaver my activation code is not accepted. I request that supersuite will be available again in my account with good activation code.

You should be provided with a set of 2 keys, both should work fine. The refund policy is perfectly accepted. I tried that myself in the past and everything went fine.
What you are experiencing is an error that you should contact support to help you with. Everything will be fine then.

We are working with paypal to fix the problem.

The original account that was used to place the order was canceled before the refund was requested. the PayPal system is blocking us from doing a person to person transfer to your new account. We are working with paypal to get that transfer to happen, but it may take a little. had the original account not been closed, the refund would already be processed.

It is not for lack of trying that the refund is not processed yet.we will definitely get this sorted, but it will require a little patience while we work with paypal.
