We are working with paypal to fix the problem.
The original account that was used to place the order was canceled before the refund was requested. the PayPal system is blocking us from doing a person to person transfer to your new account. We are working with paypal to get that transfer to happen, but it may take a little. had the original account not been closed, the refund would already be processed.
It is not for lack of trying that the refund is not processed yet.we will definitely get this sorted, but it will require a little patience while we work with paypal.
